Hi! This is a letter for Exchange no Jutsu. I’m @heartbeatstumbles.ao3 on AO3 and 2009nissanaltima#1931 on Discord, and I’m co-modding it with the lovely @wafflelate.ao3 .

A few notes:

The requests on AO3 are the same, i’ve just reordered them here because i wasn’t thinking when I signed up. Naruto and Dreaming of Sunshine are split up in fic/art subsections.
I will be happy to receive any of the things I requested! Some may have more writing, but know that I chose these with tender loving care and am equally enthusiastic for everything.
If you think I’ll like it, but it’s not explicitly said in the letter, you’re probably right.

- I like it when the character suddenly has a 180 switch on their personality and when people wonder what’s happening! I like upending canon on its head, but I also enjoy a character making a bunch of small choices that ripple through a pond :)
hurt/comfort, angst
- Assassination attempts, kidnapping attempts, kidnapping
- Brave, silent suffering until another character realizes something’s wrong
- Catching character as they collapse (ideally my fave is doing the collapsing)
- Character expects to be punished but is shown unexpected concern

ART LIKES:

Ink splatters, black-and-white sketches, cross hatching, stippling, thin lines, watercolors.
My favorite style is probably the ink-and-paper sketch, but I also like cartoony styles! Please do avoid the anime bug eyes if you can :)
This might be kind of weird, but I also like smudges and small imperfections. If you want to, leave them in! Watercolor that goes over ink lines and smudges them a little…..I don’t know if artists hate this, but I LOVE things that show the artist’s hand!
Most of the art I requested was for groups of people. I do enjoy domestic things like
- baking together, reading together, all your faves sitting on the floor/ground leaned against a tree/wall.
- I always like mid-laugh expressions, or the kind of mid-conversation candids you get, with everyone making slightly different expressions.
- I love it where they’re all leaning on each other, exhausted and dirty but triumphant after a mission (oh my god this is so detailed please remember that optional details are optional and these are just things I love. I am not an artist and know that Art Is Hard, but I do not specifically know Which Art Is Hardest. If you don't feel like drawing a group, I'd love a Kakashi sketch! Or whatever character you feel like drawing. I do not care if it's on a napkin made out of ketchup.). See art requests for more specific details!
- Polaroid Photo sketches (candid or posed), photos in general
- Photos showing motion - sneezes, someone dropping something, Sakura punching the shit out of someone, etc.
On the other hand, I really want Sakura punching the shit out of anyone. I especially want her punching the shit out of Captain America or Iron Man. The overexaggerated slo-mo still from one-punch man. Get cartoony!
